Niamh has lead amazing group mindfulness sessions in a corporate environment. It can be a very challenging task to do when surrounded by ringing phones, conversations outside the door, and busy halls so I give her major credit! She has educated the company on the background and benefits of mindfulness. Niamh leads unique sessions each time to ensure variety yet maintaining consistency with anchors. She has implemented mindfulness so it's become a part of the culture within the company and has made a massive impact on reducing stress levels. I couldn't recommend her enough!
Niamh facilitated a Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction program I participated on recently at the Sanctuary. Her in-depth knowledge and experience from both practice and teaching of mindfulness, coupled with her calm and assured presence made for a very positive learning experience.
Delighted to talk to you
